As many of my friends and family know, I’ve been on the keto band wagon the past five weeks. Yes, the first 2-3 weeks were not the most pleasurable in my life; however, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. My runs and daily workouts left me feeling rather drained the first few weeks, but I’m truly starting to feel really great now. I’ve lost about 3.5-4 pounds…..which is sweet because I haven’t been able to make the scale budge in quite a while. So, I’m going to keep hunting for new keto recipes on Pinterest and watching my macros. These chocolate coconut no bake cookies have been my savior on this diet. Super easy to make and incredibly satisfying😉.

  1. Since menopause struck, I’ve done nothing but gain weight and breaking my leg this summer was no help in that arena, for sure! The boot is coming off this week & I am determined to get my scale to move backwards! I’m very interested in the macros thing; please keep the tips coming! ♡
