I do truly love fall and all the scents and flavors that come with the onset of Autumn. I would love to endulge in a pumpkin spice latte every morning; however, the nagging little voice in my head tells me ” don’t do it….it’s a trap!”. Yes indeed most fall treats are packed with sugar…but I was able to create some great keto pumpkin cheesecake muffins that taste great and will not throw me off track. Taste great warmed up in the morning with a strong cup of coffee😉
